I offer individual Integrative Psychosynthesis Counselling and Therapy for adults. I have an open and down to earth, yet soulful approach and set out to create a warm and safe environment for you to explore that which is troubling you. I offer a confidential, supportive, non-judgemental, inclusive space. My integrative approach means that I draw upon different techniques and approaches to suit you and I work closely with your individual needs.
Counselling offers a safe and confidential space where together we can explore the difficulties and challenges you may be facing
There is no ‘right’ time or reason to start counselling, I have worked with people from many different backgrounds with many different issues. I offer both short term and longer term sessions.
I have a private practice based in North London (Kentish Town & Holloway) and Kent (Faversham approx 1hour 10mins form Kings Cross)
Finding the counsellor who is right for you is important. I offer an initial session for £25 this is an opportunity for us to get a feel as to whether we can work together. All further sessions are £48 for 50mins. Longer sessions maybe available.
I have a degree in Psychosocial Studies and a counselling diploma in Integrative Psychosynthesis. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and as such abide by their ethical framework http://www.bacp.co.uk/ethical_framework/
