Starting therapy is an investment in your mental and emotional health. Together, we can navigate the challenges you face and work towards lasting positive change.

My Practice

I have been running my private practice for over 12 years, providing one-on-one therapeutic counselling to adults both in person and online. My enthusiasm for psychology, sociology, and personal development dates back over 30 years. Throughout this journey, I have had the privilege of exploring various areas of interest, including bodywork, somatics, polyvagal theory, trauma work, meditation, dream work, creativity, and women's health.

My therapeutic approach is integrative, allowing me to draw on a variety of theoretical frameworks and styles tailored to meet your specific needs. Together, we may decide to address an issue both practically—by identifying resources you can utilize—and more intuitively, by exploring potential underlying causes and the origins of the challenges you face.

I actively engage in various continuing professional development (CPD) courses to enhance my expertise, having completed training in areas such as dreamwork, trauma, breathwork, and bodywork.

My Qualifications & Trainings

I hold a degree in Psychosocial Studies and a Psycotheraputic Counselling diploma in Integrative Psychosynthesis. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and as such abide by their ethical framework http://www.bacp.co.uk/ethical_framework/
