About Diane

About me and my approach

Welcome

Below is a little about me and my approach, please feel free to get in touch if you have any questions or wish to arrange an initial meeting.

I work in private practice and offer one to one therapeutic counselling to adults, in Canterbury, Kent and online.

I have a passion for psychology, sociology and personal development which started over 30 years ago. Over this time I have had the privilege to be able to explore a number of areas of interest, these include; bodywork including somatics and polyvagal theory, trauma work, meditation, dream work, creativity and women’s health.

My approach is integrative which means that I draw on different theoretical approaches and styles depending on your needs. Together we may decide to approach an issue both practically, finding resources you can use, and also more soulfully, looking at the possible causes and where issues may stem from. My Integrative approach also means that I hold a mind, body, spirit and soul perspective.

“And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom”
