Therapeutic Counselling

Welcome

Below is a little about me and what working with me maybe like. If you have any questions please ask.

There are countless reasons why you maybe considering counselling, all are valid.  You maybe in crisis, struggling or feeling like you are surviving rather than living.

Counselling can be healing, give clarity and improve your relationship with yourself and others.

I have an open and down to earth approach. I create a warm and safe environment, for you to explore what is troubling you. I offer a confidential, supportive and non- judgemental space.

I work with clients from a wide variety of back grounds and with different issues.

You may have something specific you wish to explore or you may want to explore well being and general issues.  You may be coming to therapy to process a particular event or certain feelings. Whatever bring you are welcome.

I have a particular interest in living our fullest life, the authentic self, anxiety, trauma, ADHD in adults, self esteem, self compassion, developing intuition and inner wisdom.

Finding the counsellor who is right for you is important.

I offer an initial session for £25 this is an opportunity for us to get a feel as to whether we can work together.

All further sessions are £70 for 60mins. Longer sessions maybe available. Couples £120 per 60mins.

All sessions are weekly, I do not offer fortnightly sessions.

I have a degree in Psychosocial Studies and a counselling diploma in Integrative Psychosynthesis. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and as such abide by their ethical framework http://www.bacp.co.uk/ethical_framework/
