Dreamwork is a self-reflective, self-awareness practice. A practice through which you will gain self-knowledge, understanding and bring about change.

What is dreamwork? 

  • It's a way to develop self understanding and self development through dream work. 

  • Dream work is understanding your unconscious communication with yourself 

  • When we are awake we are living in the conscious mind, when we sleep we enter REM when our brain is sorting all the information from the day.

  • And it’s when we are sleeping and in this REM state that we can start to access the unconscious mind. 

  • The unconscious is everything that we are not able to be consciously aware of. There may be hidden meanings in the unconscious that can help us to figure out what is going on in our physical awake world. 

Why use dreamwork?

  • It can help you to understand why you are reacting or behaving in a certain way that you are not consciously aware of day to day. 

  • Helps and supports you to come into contact with emotions that you haven't processes in the past so that you can consciously work through them 

  • If you need to make decisions or are facing something that feels difficult, exploring the meaning in our dreams can help us find the way and the solution to move forward 

  • Exploring our dreams can help us understand parts of ourselves that on the surface may not make sense - like habits, states of being and personality traits 

  • It can also unlock our connection to our inner creativity - to write and draw the marvels that exist in our dream state can help us realize the extent of our ability for inner storytelling and imagination.
